Vital Steps Fitness Studio

Vital Steps Fitness StudioVital Steps is a premier one-to-one woman's fitness studio. Our studio was constructed to provide a community-type of environment, and is conveniently located on Avenue Road (Toronto) for the convenience and access from/to mid-town, downtown and Highway 401. Upon entrance to the Studio you are greeted by our friendly, helpful and experienced staff that will answer your questions.

Our fitness studio is an intimate space hosting fitness classes including: Boot Camp Chaos to Yoga, and many more. The fitness studio is designed to provide individualized attention to each client.

Inside the Vital Steps Studio

At Vital Steps, you will work on your individualized training program in a beautiful, state-of-the-art studio, equipped with cardiovascular and strength equipment. Our positive atmosphere, energetic staff and upbeat music combined will help attain your health goals.

Your customized program will be balanced to meet the goals you set for yourself. Our comprehensive program will include body composition testing, nutritional assessment, weight resistance training and cardiovascular workouts. Vital Steps utilizes both Free Weights and Weight Machines.

Free Weights

The use of free weights gives you the freedom of movement and range of motion, which requires muscle control, balance and the use of additional muscles to benefit strengthening of your core and movement.

Weight Machines

Weight machines allow for a more controlled workout, proper body positioning, requiring less effort to maintain balance and more emphasis directed toward a chosen muscle group. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows for variation in training and assisting each user from athletes to rehabilitation patients.
