How does the
franchisee process work?

Potential candidates will initially fill out and submit
a franchisee applications |

A conference call is arranged to mutually discuss the
opportunity. |

A mutual agreement will be decided upon to meet at Vital
Steps Toronto, Canada location for a day of discovery. Tour the facility and review all
aspects of our franchise model. |

Upon agreement we will execute the documents and begin
the franchise process with payment of the franchise fee and a signed franchise agreement. |

What is the
cost of a Vital Steps franchise?

The initial investment for a Vital Steps franchise
ranges from $160,900 - $215,900, which includes the initial $40,000 franchise fee. |

These costs will fluctuate based on location, leasehold
improvement costs, size of the facility and other miscellaneous start up costs. |

Vital Steps charges a 5% royalty fee of the monthly
gross revenue and a 1.3% advertising fee of the gross revenue. |
