Vital Steps offers personalized one on one training for individuals who have very limited experiences with exercising.
You may be recovering from an injury, have tried to exercise but have injured yourself or not gotten the results intended.

We offer an environment that fosters confidence in what you are doing, is non- competitive and gets results. Our health and fitness professionals understand that each individual is mentally and physically unique and the programs are designed to reflect that uniqueness.
Our Personal Trainers will show you how to use our exercise equipment properly and safely. Your training sessions will be continually monitored and your development and progress measured and recorded. Then necessary adjustments will be made to your plan as you progress toward your goals.
