Lean Teen

Our signature program focuses on all-around good health and fitness:

  • Cardiovascular power and endurance (aerobic and anaerobic)
  • Muscular strength and endurance
  • Flexibility and range of motion (ROM)
  • Balance and coordination

It's a fun way to keep fit, challenge yourself, and spend time with friends.

Personal Training

Work one-on-one with a certified personal trainer, kinesiologist, or medical exercise specialist to learn effective, safe training techniques to reach your goals.

Small Group Training

Train with friends or family members, or any group of four to six people with similar fitness levels and goals.

Athletic & Sport Conditioning

Age-appropriate, safe programs to develop athletic and sport-specific skills, improve performance, and heighten confidence.
