We believe aboriginal people have been historically underserved in the areas of health, fitness, and wellness. More than half of First Nations people are living with chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, cancer, and cardiac conditions.
Vital Steps®offers comprehensive, customized fitness and health strategies for the aboriginal community to address their particular needs, goals, and challenges. We are committed to providing innovative, effective, and fulfilling programs.
Clients may experience a lower incidence of chronic diseases, improved weight and stress management, and heightened energy, confidence, and positivity.
The Aboriginal Health Program includes:

The Vital Steps®Aboriginal Health initiative was developed by Angela Hill, MBA. Angela is of Seminole background; the Seminoles are descendants of the Creek tribe and members of the Muskogee Nation.
