Studio Time available

Our Yoga Studio and Fitness studio are available for independent fitness instructors or visiting instructors who require access and/or a home for their clientele. Hourly rates or weekly block time during off peak hours are negotiable. Fitness equipment, free weights, balls, & gym sticks are available should it be required. Please contact Vital Steps for further information.

Open House

Vital Steps annual open house for the winter season will be held beginning on January 12th/09 to the 17th/09 and continues on January 19th/09 and ends January 24th/09.

Guest Pass

Please call to book an appointment to meet with your personal trainer to discuss your fitness requirements or to register for one of our exciting group classes. Existing "Steppers" please speak with reception about our refer-a-friend program and incentive rewards program.

New Staff

Come on in and meet our new PT staff Lisa and Tasie. They both enjoy instructing on health and wellness issues. Are you ready to get in shape?

Vital Steps would like to congratulate Heather (PT instructor) on successfully completing the massage therapy course and becoming a registered massage therapist.

Vital Steps welcomes Maylin Ortega, Cuban Salsa sensation to our staff team. Come (bring a friend), dance, get in shape, Cuban Salsa style.

Franchising

Zumba (Latin dance)

Experience a total body workout with the sexiest rhythms and moves.

Dance

The opportunity to find your creative self and bring out the performer in you. Line Dancing, Contemporary Jazz, Jazz, Dance Fusion, Urban Funk, Showtime, Disco, and/or Salsa classes. Style may vary daily/weekly. Fun filled classes designed around specific moves and music that may contain choreography.

Boxing 101

A true boxing workout with a high intensity, high tempo cardio workout that builds stamina and coordination.

Cardio Kickboxing

The ultimate low impact workout – a combination of cardio training and boxing techniques with weights.
