Vital Steps' Classes
Class begins with classical yoga sun salutations to warm
the body and prepare the mind. Continues with a brisk aerobic journey, and then concludes
with yoga postures to tone and strengthen muscles followed by stretching and deep
relaxation. Great class for all fitness levels.
A yoga class that combines postures to improve muscular
strength and improve flexibility. Each class focuses on breathing techniques and concludes
with deep relaxation. It is designed to bring both the body and mind to a dynamic balance
of health. All fitness levels welcome.
This class moves beyond the muscles of the body, targeting the dense connective tissues, of the lower spine, hips, pelvis and hamstrings. During this class the postures will be held for up to 3 minutes plus resulting in a deep release of habitual holding patterns in the physical body. Almost all postures are practiced on the floor. This class will benefit everyone, from beginner to advanced, especially those with active lives (runners, cyclists, skiers etc..)
Tai Chi Fit combines movement, meditation and breath
regulation through a series of smooth-flowing, gentle movements and simple postures
designed to improve coordination, relieve stress, promote overall well-being, strengthen
the immune system and enhance the flow of vital energy in the body. All welcome.

A fusion of deep muscular stretches and therapeutic yoga postures. Organic stretch is a comprehensive series of stretches that will improve your flexibility and posture, lengthen the muscles, help reduce injuries and relax the mind. Beginners to advanced welcome.

This high intensity low-impact workout is designed for all levels looking for maximum fitness results. This is a high energy interval style continuous cardio and tone up class that’s tough on the heart, easy on the joints and maximizes all over muscle sculpting. Tubing, light weights, help to tighten and tone you muscles, while the cardio portion burns away unwanted body fat. Burn the fat and tone the muscles while having fun. Recommended for beginners to intermediate.
- Cardio Body Blast
This is a 55 minute high intensity, mixed hi/low aerobics interval, fat burning style class. The class is deigned to blast away unwanted body fat and shape your muscles for a lean and tight look. For the strong sleek look, isolation exercises with weights are incorporated into the workout – bicep curls, shoulder presses and dips for strong lean arms while high intensity cardio movements burn away the fat. Lunges and squats with weights sculpt your hips and thighs. Recommended for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.
